There’s one last thing you probably need to know – I don’t believe in quick fixes or hacks.
I can’t ‘fix your culture’ in one 2-hour workshop [no one can], and there isn’t a neat and tidy ‘4-step process for leadership’.
This work takes time, effort and commitment … but it’s worth it.
